When’s the last time you did something for the first time?
OK the first caveat has to be something exhilarating not painful like breaking a collarbone or deliriously dull. They don’t count.
We all love the big incentive trips; especially when we have worked hard towards meeting our targets, and we can afford the luxury of day dreaming about how we are going to really lap up the experience. Sometimes the anticipation is almost as good as the experience itself.
Sometimes it all goes so quickly, that it feels like it is over even before it begins. Many of the team have ‘done’ the big jolly’s and blowing off some steam, is fun, but maybe not enough. But what if, there is a promise that will exceed all previous incentives.
What if, you could:
- explore destinations you never dreamt of
- help local communities, by committing some of your trip to doing some socially responsible stuff
- meet, work and play with people from a local community whose every day will be better because of your trip
- see how a day of your time will go a long way to improving someone elses situation
- feel good
- feel good, long after the trip has been done
- yet still get time to lounge at the pool bar and relax in the health spa
What does your company get?
- an excited and invigorated team
- team building in an authentic way, that will lead to greater company engagement
- the virtuous circle of great CSR (no heat from stakeholders)
- move up the ratings of one of the best company’s to work for
